Rule 1 Hydration Electrolytes

Electrolytes are minerals involved in normal fluid balance. This formula adds taurine, citrulline malate, coconut water powder and watermelon powder alongside the mineral blend. It can be mixed into a refreshing drink during activities that produce substantial sweat.

Mix one scoop with approximately 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water. Use the selected flavor’s scoop weight and directions. Drink additional fluids according to your activity, weather and individual needs; this product is not an oral rehydration treatment.

A 40-serving tub provides about 40 prepared drinks at one serving each. At one serving daily, that is about 40 days.

Amounts per full labeled serving: 1 scoop: Blue Raspberry 5.8 g; Lemon Lime 5.3 g.
