Rule 1 Essential Amino 9 EAA

Essential amino acids must be obtained from dietary sources. This formula includes all nine, while a BCAA-only formula supplies three. The BCAA amount is included within the total EAA amount, and the electrolyte blend adds minerals to the drink.

Mix one scoop with approximately 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water or another suitable beverage. Use around training according to the tub directions, or at another convenient time on non-training days. Use the selected flavor’s scoop weight.

One 30-serving tub provides about 30 uses. At one serving daily it lasts approximately 30 days, or longer if used only on selected training days.
