Rule 1 Clear Whey Isolate

A specialized whey isolate creates a lighter texture than a conventional milkshake-style whey powder. It still supplies complete milk-derived protein and naturally occurring essential amino acids. The powder’s stated nutrition values apply before adding other ingredients.

Mix about one scoop with 355–475 mL (12–16 fl oz) of ice-cold water in a shaker. Shake until mixed and allow foam to settle if needed. Use the serving weight stated on your flavor label.

Each current tub provides 20 servings. At one serving daily, it lasts about 20 days; using it only on training days extends the calendar duration.

Amounts per full labeled serving: 1 scoop, measured to the selected flavor’s gram weight.

Calories and protein are shown per powder serving. The complete flavor panel also lists fats, carbohydrates, sugars, sodium and other nutrients.
