Rule 1 Burn Powder

The powder combines several ingredients in a measured drink format. Its caffeine amount is an important part of deciding whether it suits your routine. Use it only as directed alongside an appropriate diet and activity plan; no specific weight-change result is guaranteed.

Mix one scoop with approximately 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water and consume after mixing. Follow the tub’s directions and daily limit. Avoid combining it with coffee, energy drinks, other caffeinated supplements or stimulant products.

One 30-serving tub provides approximately 30 uses at one scoop per use. Increasing the portion also increases caffeine intake and must not exceed the label directions.
