The formula includes BCAAs alongside taurine, beta-alanine, citrulline and other amino acids. Caffeine comes from tea leaf and green coffee bean extracts. This caffeinated blend should be considered separately from stimulant-free BCAA or EAA products.

Mix one scoop with approximately 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water. Follow your tub’s directions for timing and maximum daily use. Account for the 120 mg caffeine serving and avoid combining it with other caffeine-containing supplements or energy drinks.

A 30-serving tub provides about 30 uses at one scoop per use. Using more than one scoop shortens the supply and increases caffeine intake.
