Rule 1 BCAAs

The three branched-chain amino acids are part of the essential amino acid family. This formula supplies those three specifically, rather than all nine EAAs. It can complement an established nutrition routine, but it is not a substitute for adequate complete dietary protein.

Mix one scoop with approximately 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water. Sip before, during or after training as directed on your tub. Use the scoop weight shown for the selected flavor.

Each current tub provides 30 servings: about 30 days at one serving daily, or about 30 training sessions when used only on workout days.

Amounts per full labeled serving: About 1 scoop: 8–8.5 g depending on flavor.

Serving weights: Orange, Grape and Blue Raspberry 8.5 g; Watermelon 8.3 g; Fruit Punch and Peach Mango 8 g. Net powder weight therefore varies by flavor.

Does this contain all nine essential amino acids?
No. It supplies the three BCAAs. Rule 1 Essential Amino 9 is a separate formula containing all nine EAAs.

What does 2:1:1 mean?
It refers to the ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine in the BCAA blend.
