The formula brings several pre-workout ingredients together, including citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine and an electrolyte blend. Caffeine is supplied from several forms. For the first use, start with half a serving to assess tolerance, as the manufacturer directs. Mix one full labeled scoop with 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. One full serving contains 330 mg caffeine.
