Rule 1 Pump

This formula provides a non-caffeinated option for a pre-training routine. It combines amino acids with Nitrosigine, S7 and selected plant extracts. Check ingredient overlap before combining it with another pre-workout, even when the second product also contains no caffeine.

Mix one scoop with approximately 240–355 mL (8–12 fl oz) of cold water or a suitable sports drink. The manufacturer suggests use about 15–20 minutes before exercise. Follow the selected flavor’s label and maximum serving instructions.

A 30-serving tub provides about 30 workouts at one scoop per workout. Frequency and portion size determine the time between purchases.
